Implementation and certification readiness

Single site or multi-site, across all six standards. Gap analysis, documentation, implementation, internal audit and readiness for the certification body.

Multi-site programs are scoped using group certification and sampling where the standard permits it — usually cheaper for the client than site-by-site certification, and it produces a system that is genuinely common rather than nominally so.

Transition to revised standards

Documentation alignment against the new edition, interpretation of the revised requirements, internal auditor requalification, and support through the transition audit.

Regulatory compliance

Instrument-level legal registers, compliance audits and remediation planning across the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Formal regulatory qualification in six countries, and the regulation read in Spanish and Portuguese in the original rather than in translated summary — which is where the prescriptive detail that creates exposure tends to be lost.

Training and capacity development

Internal auditor training, management system awareness, compliance evaluation and structured problem solving. Delivered in English, Spanish or Portuguese.

Priced per cohort rather than per head, and the material stays with the client so the capability outlasts the engagement.

Second and third-party auditing

Supplier audits, internal audit programs run on behalf of a corporate function, and compliance evaluation against a named legal register.

Also validation and verification work — RC14001 and RCMS, SA 8000 social accountability, and sustainability assessment under Together for Sustainability — carried out under contract to the scheme owner or certification body concerned, never for a client of the firm.

Corrective action systems

Root cause analysis and engineered corrective-action frameworks addressing the recurrence problem directly — the same non-conformance appearing at successive surveillance audits because the correction addressed the instance rather than the cause.
