A core practice and a standing bench
Mender-Haüs is not a body shop and it is not a sole practitioner. It is a core practice that leads engagements and holds accountability for them, working with a standing bench of associate auditors, trainers and technical specialists who have worked with the firm over many years.
That structure is what lets a multi-site, multi-country program run on a real schedule rather than on one consultant's calendar — and it is why the firm can hold six standards in scope without claiming that one person is expert in all of them.

- Regulatory qualification — formal compliance qualification in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, with a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor credential from the Board of Environmental, Health & Safety Auditor Certifications.
- Languages — work delivered and documented in English, Spanish or Portuguese at no additional charge, with regulation read in the original rather than in translated summary.
- Geography — the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, with Brazil and South America covered on request.
- Track record — over five thousand audits, consultations and implementations, more than a hundred facilities certified to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and recurring non-conformances reduced by 60 to 80 percent across client engagements.

Three commitments that shape the work
Evidence over summary
Regulatory and standards claims are checked against the primary source before they reach a client: the gazette, the Federal Register, the Diario Oficial, the published standard itself. Not a translated summary, and not a vendor briefing. Compliance dates move, editions are replaced, and a consultant working from three-year-old knowledge is a liability rather than an asset.
One system, not three
Where a client holds several standards, the firm's default is a single management system with several scopes. Consolidating three parallel systems is frequently the highest-return piece of work available to a certified manufacturer, and it is rarely the piece anyone has been asked to quote.
Say when the answer is small
A review that concludes the gap is narrower than feared is a successful review. The firm's deliverables are written so that outcome is reportable rather than awkward.
Client confidentiality. Engagements are not published on this site. Most are covered by confidentiality terms, and a consultancy that lists its clients on a website is telling you something about how it treats their information. References are provided on request, at the point in a conversation where they are useful.
