Start with a scope conversation
Most engagements begin with a short call about which standards you hold, how many sites you operate and where they are. That is usually enough to say what is worth doing.
What is useful to include. Which standards you are certified to and when each certificate expires; the number of sites and which countries they are in; and whether you have a legal register today. If you already know which sites or which standard concern you, say so — it shortens the conversation considerably.
